SchoolsGroup Education UK provides educational guardianship and related services to international students studying in the UK. We are the data controller of the personal data you provide to us.

We collect and process the following categories of personal data for various reasons, including contractual, legal, safeguarding, and emergency purposes:
o Student information: name, date of birth, nationality, school details, passport/visa info, health records, dietary and medical needs, SEN details, welfare and behavioral notes.
o Parent/guardian information: names, contact details, relationship to student, consents.
o Host family and staff information: names, contact details, DBS certificates, home details, training records.
o Academic and welfare records: school reports, attendance data, pastoral concerns, disciplinary actions.
o Financial data: invoicing details, payment records.
o Travel and accommodation details: arrangements, permissions, emergency contacts.
o This information is collected to:
o Deliver educational guardianship and pastoral care
o Fulfil contractual and legal obligations
o Ensure health, safety, and safeguarding
o Facilitate communication between all parties involved

Personal data is retained for a minimum of two years after a student’s guardianship ends, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
